We recommend hotels we know first-hand, book them at the same rate you’d pay the hotel directly, and — through our partner programmes — your stay typically includes breakfast, a room upgrade where available, a hotel credit and a late check-out, at no extra cost.
Recommendations from hotels we’ve stayed in — matched to your trip, not to what pays us best. If your own choice is the right one, we’ll say so.
We handle the reservation through our hotel partner programmes, confirm every included benefit in writing, and check the rate against your loyalty points and any current offers before you commit.
Plans change; prices too. We monitor your rate until check-in and rebook if it drops, handle changes with the hotel directly, and remain reachable while you travel.
Hotels extend these benefits to bookings made through their advisor programmes. The rate is the same one published on the hotel’s own website — the benefits are added because of how the booking is made, not what you pay.
These are the programmes the great hotel groups run for a small number of trusted advisories. They are the reason our bookings include what they include.
Hotels pay travel advisories a standard commission on bookings — that’s the entire model, and it’s how it has worked in luxury travel for decades. You pay the hotel directly, at the hotel’s own rate. We charge you nothing, we don’t take placement fees, and we don’t rank hotels by what they pay us.
We started Needful Travel because we love hotels and kept doing this for friends anyway. We’re deliberately small: enquiries are answered by a person, usually within a couple of hours, and we’d rather do fewer bookings well than many indifferently.
We’re a Virtuoso member agency, and everything we promise — rate, benefits, terms — is confirmed by the hotel in writing before you commit.
“Great service for our honeymoon — they secured a lovely upgrade for our stay.”
“Saved me real money. They found a third-night-free offer only available to travel agents.”
“Super quick and responsive, particularly when I had to change plans last minute.”
A destination and rough dates is plenty — or the exact hotel you have in mind. We’ll reply personally within about two hours with options, our view, and what your booking would include. Travelling with us already? Registered clients can simply message the desk.
Honest rankings and head-to-heads from our advisors — every hotel bookable through us, with preferred perks at no extra cost.
