- Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai — the 54-acre souk city on the Jumeirah beach; gondola waterways, Burj Al Arab views, and one of the largest hotel complexes in the region.
- Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Dubai — new dual-sail property adjacent to the Burj Al Arab; opened 2025. The newest flagship in the portfolio.
- Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Dubai — ⚠️ Closed April 2026 for 18-month restoration. Expected reopening late 2027. We will update when bookings reopen.
