When you enquire, plan a trip or register as a client, we collect what you choose to share: your name and contact details, where and how you like to travel, the loyalty programmes you belong to, and any corporate or negotiated rate codes you ask us to check. That is the whole list — we do not buy data about you and we do not track you around the internet.
Your details are used for one purpose: planning and looking after your trips. They let us tailor recommendations, cross-check rates and programmes, confirm perks in writing and keep an accurate file so you never have to repeat yourself.
Only what a booking requires — a hotel needs a guest name and stay details to hold a reservation. We never sell your information, and we never pass it to third parties for marketing.
You pay hotels directly, on their standard terms. We never see, hold or process your card details.
Write to hello@needful.travel at any time to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We will confirm within a few days.
This site runs on Webflow and uses only the essential cookies required to serve it. We do not run advertising trackers.
