Needful Travel is a travel advisory. We recommend hotels and itineraries, place bookings through preferred-partner programmes on your behalf, and look after the details before, during and after your stay.
The hotel. Every booking is held in your name on the hotel's own terms, and you settle directly with the property at their standard rates — exactly as if you had booked direct. We never take your payment details. Cancellation and deposit policies are the hotel's own, and we set them out in writing before you commit.
Nothing. Hotels pay us a standard commission on completed stays. We take no placement fees from hotels and we do not rank recommendations by payout — and when booking direct is genuinely the better option, we say so.
Benefits such as breakfast, property credits, upgrades and flexible check-in or check-out come through our partner programmes. They are subject to availability, vary by property, and are confirmed in writing for each booking. If something we confirmed is not honoured at the hotel, tell us and we will take it up with the property.
On confirmed bookings we monitor the rate until your stay. Where a lower qualifying rate for the same room and conditions becomes available, we rebook you at the better price. This is a best-effort service — some rates (prepaid, packaged or points-based) cannot be rebooked.
Paid rates booked through us normally earn points, elite nights and status benefits as usual. Where a specific rate is excluded by the programme, we flag it before you book.
Passports, visas, health requirements and travel insurance remain the traveller's responsibility. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for every trip.
We act as an intermediary between you and the hotels and suppliers who deliver your trip. Their services are provided on their terms; our responsibility is the accuracy and care of the advice, bookings and confirmations we provide.
